No POST HTTP requests happen in registering/sign-up form #10

In commit 06e7c4f started with ./helpcovid -D -T 2 after registering thru http://localhost:8089/register and filling the form and pressing the Sign Up / Register button, not HTTP POST request happens, and the hcv_register_view_post routine does not get called (no debug messages).

Something is wrong in HTML files.

Still crashing in commit bdbabbd started with ./helpcovid -D -T 2 --clear-database
