embed static files in the binary

This can currently be accomplished by running go generate, and when golang/go#35950 is resolved, whatever that method is. There are only a handful of static templates and scripts, this should be easy. When this is done move the oauth tokens/secrets to command line or environment variables or both, then nothing needs to be shipped.
