HDRHistogram is state of the art implementation of High Dynamic Range Histogram and is very well suited to what the profiling support was supposed to do.

Since the focus of BTrace does not lay in high performance data collection it is just understandable to take that part from a specialized project (like we do with eg. JCTools)
