现在有这么个需求，屏幕的尺寸是固定的，比如1080 * 720。
展示图片，图片的尺寸不是固定的，为了展示出最佳的效果，横竖都没有滚动条，不会被拉伸，尽可能的清晰，则需要设置图片宽不能 > 1080,高不能 > 720
则需要有maxH，maxW功能

确实是少一种规定画布大小，不允许裁剪的方法，考虑将来支持。

h=10000000,然后就死了，最好加上限制
