INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES on standalone APK #997

Hey, I'm trying to download the APK to install directly on my phone and trying to install it with adb yields the following error:

adb: failed to install ..\Buckets-arm64-v8a-v0.3.1-20240306-1831.apk: Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES: Package /data/app/vmdl1085953595.tmp/base.apk has no certificates at entry AndroidManifest.xml]
