cosmetic improvements

We could have some improvements on the top part:

• adding thumbnails (
  favicons.zip)
• title should be "BUDA Volume Manifest Tool" (both at the top and in the html)
• the top part should be sticky and be visible even if we scroll

thanks! In my mind the part with the "save" button and all that is part of the "top part" an should be sticky (so that we don't need to scroll all the way up to click on "save")
