This may seem a bit advance but it is actually quite easy to create new macros.
I have created a new macro (called @totext) to overcome a limitation when using tiddlyclip with chrome. When snipping text in chrome all newlines are removed by the browser which make the snipped text hard to read (things work much better in firefox!). One solution to this problem is to create the snip from the selected html. When actioning a clip, both the text (provided by the browser) and the html got by tiddlyclip are sent the active docked tiddlywiki and appear in the variables @text and @web.
