api returning orchestrators that are no longer registered #20

I noticed the API is returning an orchestrator (0xbe9a8b21353ea73794553c154c6c9a06823fcd11) that is no longer registered. Any idea why @Saumay-Agrawal ?

Reason I bring this up is because this is causing the explorer to return 101 orchestrators as opposed to 100 which broke pagination.
