status_json.py generates broken example links with path_to_root #1120

If a master is running with root endpoint at http://www.foo.com/buildbot/ all the links on the json help pages that link to examples are broken.

Thanks! Two FYIs:

we don't use issues for Buildbot -- we use http://trac.buildbot.net.
the JSON status code is removed in 0.9.0, along with lots of other stuff. See http://trac.buildbot.net/wiki/Nine for the much better support being added.

I've fixed this in a35663b all the same.
