Topic needs CreationAuthor and ModifiedAuthor

Topic has no Creation author and no Modified author.
To keep better track of who changed topic-properties like assign to, type, status, etc:
Although we could appoint to use the Author of oldest comment as creator of issue that is not advisable...

We better add both CreationAuthor and ModifiedAuthor to topic level, to keep better track of who changed issue-properties via BCF file workflow to and from a BCF hub.

Modified by is captured on comment level on "Author", and the one creating the first comment is the "CreationAuthor". Adding this information to topic level means adding redundant information.

@lbj what if an issue is created with no comments by person A and then person B adds the first comment to the issue? B will result as the CreationAuthor which is not correct...

In telecon held at 2014-07-17 it was agreed to add CreationAuthor and ModifiedAuthor to Topic.
