Automatically disable an endpoint after multiple failures. #11

Customer request:

is there a native BT way to have it turn off webhooks to an endpoint after N failures? we can probably add real quick if not but figure we don't want to waste resources on endpoints that never have success, force user to manually come back and re-add if they want to try it again

The way Stripe handles this is just marking the endpoint disabled and users can come and re-enable the existing configuration.
