Rewards inconsistent to ANN

guys, the rewards as advertised in the ANN thread are different than the ones in GetProofOfStakeReward
at least compared to the current "master" branch

the difference starts after block 150k, where the POS reward becomes 10000% in the code
also super blocks are always each 10k blocks

if it is like this in the compiled wallet, it is worth having a look at it asap, as changing this code will cause a fork, and there are less than 2 months till then (in case blocks spacing continues to be 60 sec)

that was a highly annoying piece of rewards, made worse by that obvious mistake.
