How to add divison name under chief of the division and how to place one person beside the director #337

Hi
I have to create a org chart. I have 2 problems

One person have 2 division and there's a gap between the division and the people
I want one personne beside the Director, because it's her right hand

What about using a different dimensions (width & height) and content for the root node?
