Integrate Bunto into LobbyOS system.

Users can use Bunto as a Web Application Framework and as a static site generator.

What do you think about it?

Currently I'm developing Lobby version 0.3.1

@subins2000 Please use the newest Bunto stable release: https://github.com/bunto/bunto/releases/tag/1.0.0! Thanks.

@SuriyaaKudoIsc Currently Bunto requires Ruby. But Lobby is on PHP.
So, Bunto will be ported to PHP and will be available from https://lobby.subinsb.com/apps/bunto

@subins2000 How do you port a program written in Ruby or something else to PHP?

@SuriyaaKudoIsc I would have to create Bunto from scratch in PHP by analysing what Bunto does now in Ruby

@subins2000: Ok. I will create a repo (bunto/bunto-php) on @bunto organization and add you as a repo member to it.
