I have a strange problem, I was trying to patch this string Build Number: \n with Numero Build: \n , but the tool does not apply the patch

Command patch:

replaceinall ""Build Number: \n"" ""Numero Build: \n"";

I also tried this solution

replaceinall ""Build Number:"" ""Numero Build:"";

But it does not go
