Relay bot is pinging the wrong person

To elaborate, the problem comes when someone's username contains the same characters as the target user.

In this case. It was mine where I set it to "Li" and the target user had "Linux" in the first part of their name. Hence, it returned both of us. The problem seems to be mainly with this block where if more than 1 user is returned it just uses the first user, which in this case was me, and not the actual target user.
