What environment variables are available for Docker containers?

The docs say, that all flags are also available as ENV variables, like SSHHOST. That one seems to work, but for instance not ALLOWREMOTEHOST=True
How so?

I found this question out myself. In docker-compose.yml one can put in cli options under docker command directive.
