Not find new Devices and Problem with ON OFF since years

Hello,

My question is, is there away to only can turn ah Device OFF if its on an only ON if its OFF

Because i use EXEC at RPI3 since years for 433 Cinema Rollup Screen and for some Light and FANs with 433 ON OFF

But i now have connected 2 lights with at Remote of 6 Buttons but every button is for 1 Lamp so with 1 button same CODE sended by 433 will be tunr ON and OFF

But Amazon Alexa not know if its ON or OFF from HA Bridge is there a wqay send back to Amazon Alexa the STATE of the Device at the HA PI3 Bridge?

also at the Cinema Rollup screen always worked since update need state to No State otherwise its stops when Turn ON and it rolls out , by Amazon Alexa why ? which web dahsboard TEST ON no problem

and wen i click link and Amazon Alexa not finds Devices since update 5.4.1 but in Manage LINK devices also if remoce all it will add new but Amazon Alexa say no Bridge or New Devices found,
