Kodi volume control using dim commands

Not really an issue but I wanted to share how I got Kodi volume control working with HA Bridge and the wiki isn't turned on for this repo

Feel free to close or advise where would be a better place to keep this.

The instructions originally posted here have been removed as they no longer worked.
