Environment:
Ubuntu 17.10 64-bit
node 9.8.0
npm 5.6.0
Chrome 65.0.3325.162

Steps:

Install dependencies with yarn
Try to npm run build

It will stuck forever,maybe (I waiting for about 20 minutes and nothing changes)

Updating angular cli should fix it.
