Windows: close to System-Tray prevents Windows 10 to shut down #515

Close to System-Tray instead of exit is the default value in Windows installed version.

Done this prevents Windows 10 1803 from shutting down.

Needs to change the value so that it closes instead of minimize.

Suggestion: just turn off the default value for Windows Installations.
