Document what auto-exit and auto-shutdown are

Those words mean more or less the same thing. I assume they do something slightly different, but what that is is not self-evident from the words. Other than a blurb touting that it has added these features I can find no explanation of what they are. Maybe there is some better wording that would convey the difference.

I assume "exit" = "close the program" and "shutdown" means "turn off the computer"
