Add schema design capability

希望可以加入数据库schema设计能力。
现在基于团队的数据库schema管理和设计是个痛点。
目前的在线数据库schema设计工具不少，团队所有成员可以参与到数据库的schema设计中来，他们大部分都是收费的；但是它们更像是一个画图软件，并没有数据库schema变更管理能力。
我们这个系统提供了数据库schema变更管理能力，但是却没有schema设计能力，是比较遗憾的。
