OpenCVFrameGrabber leaks memory #576

OpenCVFrameGrabber#grab currently leaks memory and fails the identity test described in the FrameGrabber#grab documentation.

A fix is in pull request #575 . Tested in Windows 8, Ubuntu 16.04 and OSX 10.12.
