日志文件 byzer.out 无限增长 #1885

二进制包部署后，$BYZER_HOME/logs/byzer.out 会无限增长，可能打爆磁盘。考虑到日志已经写到 byzer-lang.log；因而建议去掉 byzer.out 文件
