Close Add parser of "dim.json" file #15 by adding Locker class, just to clarify the JSON data structure of "dim.json" file. This may be removed later before 1.0.0 release.
Add Locker().run() which raises NotImplmentedError. This is a key method of Locker, but will be discussed in new issues.
Close Use type checker in quality check workflow #16 by adding pyright in quality check workflow.
Regarding Create directories and pyproject.toml #1, use pflake8 command instead of flake8 in quality check workflow to use config in "pyproject.toml" file.
