Notification when associate a user to an outing

When a user is associated to an outing, he does not receive a notification. I should be added.
Maybe to be grouped with #1066 (but less priority)

When you say "notification", you mean an email or an entry in the feed? The later should be the case.

In v5 an email is sent when someone is associated to an outing.
Don't know if we should do the same in v6. Probably yes because if you don't open the feed you won't figure out you have been associated to an outing. And even if you open it, you might not notice it.

Yes we should notify ! By email to begin (in V6.865, maybe it could be parametrized by user)

je n'ai pas reçu le mail indiquant qu'on a été associé à une sortie comme auparavant. Et je ne suis pas encore habitué à la nouvelle ergonomie de c2c (fil d'actualités, accès au profil des amis...). Je m'excuse du dérangement occasionné :)

Est il possible de supprimer la sortie que j'ai entré?
