Describe the bug
Comments posted in the Tutorials Page are not shown immediately after submission. Users must reload the page to view the new comment.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Tutorials Page.
  2. Select any tutorial.
  3. Post a comment.
  4. Observe that the comment does not appear immediately.
  5. Reload the page.
  6. Notice that the comment is now visible.

Expected behavior
Comments should appear immediately after being posted without needing to reload the page.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macOS
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version: 125.0.6422.141 (Official Build) (arm64)

Additional context

  • No error messages are displayed to the user.
  • Console logs during the comment posting process show no errors.
