GenPipes 2.0.1 Release Notes

This is a minor release.

What's new?

A critical issue in DNA-Seq pipeline during indel realignment; cf e-mail: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mugqic_pipelines/eCeM3smfJ_o has been fixed in this release.
For Compute Canada deployed GenPipes, a new minor feature has been added: A warning is raised if the number of jobs created is over the cluster job submission limit (30000 jobs for abacus, 3000 jobs for guillimin, 2048 jobs for mammouth).
