Add 'center-top' position option to Line Chart Y axis label #2104

The current six position options of line chart Y axis label can't meet my scenario. Is it possible to add another option 'center-top'.

I created a plunkr demo here.

Or is it possible to customize it with d3, I tried but the label always overlapped cos the size of the chart.
