Deno has allow remote import maps. denoland/deno#10499

Proposal

new UpgradeCommand({
  main: 'x.ts',
  importMaps: 'import_maps.json', // this is optional.
  provider: new GithubProvider({
    repository: '0x-jerry/x',
  })
})
