Add a forum to the website

https://lpwanserver.com/ has a forum. Should we add one of these for Adrenaline. Ashwini to investigate if this is quick and easy.

@chriscorcimiglia and I have discussed this in regard to another project. Github issues are standard practice for forum functionality. Forums are not that common for open source projects. That's just opinion, of course, but I would stay away from it. Developers don't like having to register for a forum, for communication that could take place in the issue tracker.
