Describe the bug
When you are creating new Graph Templates, they won't appear on the Graphs page presently until you log off and back on again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a New Graph Template
  2. Create some Graphs
  3. Exercise the Graph Templates dropdown
  4. Note that the new Graph Template does not appear

Expected behavior
The Graph Templates should appear right away.
