Running cacti in a non-fullscreen web browser with "Classic" theme gives various issues when resizing that web browser:

Normal non-fullscreen web browser (normal):

Resizing the non-fullscreen web browser to be wider (large whitespace appears):

Resizing the non-fullscreen web browser to be less wide (all of graph view disappears):

This is tested under Chrome 56.0.2924.87 and IE 11.576.14393.0

Resolved, thanks for testing! Make sure you reload the page contents using Cntl+R on Chrome and F5 on other browsers.
