Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Starting in Cacti 1.2.11, the permissions page will use flexi-grid layout. This feature request wishes for Cacti's form object checkbox_group to behave the same way.

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of flowing vertically, the checkbox group need to flow using flexi-grid.
