Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

If a custom develops a plugin to allow users from different LDAP groups to use a separate Template Account, there is no way for Cacti to allow the plugin developer to hook the environment and inject a specific template account on a per login user base.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add hooks to allow Cacti to have more than one Template User Account and it's designation being controllable by a third party plugin.
