Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Hosts that have large numbers of poller items will naturally take longer to gather data from. They should be sorted ahead of other devices.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a Cacti option to sort Devices by either total polling time or number of poller items. Extend that setting into spine.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Having one size fit's all, which does not make sense in the SNMP space where you may have devices with fewer items, but much higher latency.
