Where is the description of a taxonomy term is displayed?

It would be usefull to show the description to the users (pop up, rollover...) as they edit/add information.

Currently is only displayed on the page that lists all the nodes that are using that taxonomy (click on it from any node), provided the term has a description (otherwise, nothing will be shown).

However it is true that it would be extremely helpful to display a description for some terms (which ones do you consider more important?), so I am marking this as an enhancement to be done in the future.
