The latest version doesn't build anymore with caddy 2.6.4

#0 30.13 panic: internal error: can't find reason for requirement on github.com/google/pprof@v0.0.0-20210407192527-94a9f03dee38

Locking manually down to 1.3.0 works fine.

--with github.com/caddy-dns/route53@v1.3.0
