Port the check for broken bookmarks from Bookmarks Organizer to this add-on.

The check should happen automatically but optional (via settings). No details needed why a bookmark is broken, only an indicator for "broken" or "okay" because Keep or Delete Bookmarks should be as simple as possible, the Bookmarks Organizer keeps the best choice for advanced users.

TBD:

  • whitelist?
  • enabled or disabled by default?
  • can this be implemented with optional permissions?
