Enable 2 different versions of New Tab. +1 and +2

New Tab 1 and New Tab 2

On New Tab 1 - I currently use the firefox default tab with its 4 rows of Shortcuts for my work life . Works great.

On New Tab 2 - I would like to have the same style page as the default but use the 4 rows of shortcuts for all the media I consume.
