Instead of using "harp compile" directly, implement a separate build task. It should support production level tasks.

Examples:

Minification and concatenation
Autoprefixer and other postcss tasks

Consider:

Task managers
Independent process such as using modules alone (uglify, etc) without task managers

caiovaccaro added the enhancement label
