CakephpMail and Themes in 2.0.4

What I did

The email templates with Themes not working in the 2.0.4 version. I created the folders: /app/View/Themed/Mytheme/Layouts/Emails/html
/app/View/Themed/Mytheme/Layouts/Emails/text
/app/View/Themed/Mytheme/Emails/html
/app/View/Themed/Mytheme/Emails/text

and work only with the default theme folders.

Themed emails are not supported right now. Perhaps in a future release we can add that. Personally I'd like to merge the theme and plugin concepts together. It seems silly having two similar but slightly different features.

Plugins and themes will be merged in 3.0, and using plugin views is already supported. So closing this as the work needed to be done already lies in another ticket
