Markdown links are not appearing correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Went to Cal Enterprise
2. Scroll to Questions section
3. Markdown links are not correctly rendered.

Any other relevant information. For example, why do you consider this a bug and what did you expect to happen instead?
Because the link its not appeared.

Actual Results

• What's happening right now that is different from what is expected
  Links are not appeared.

Expected Results

• This is an ideal result that the system should get after the tests are performed
  Link must display correctly
