Sync not working after convert Public to workspace label

Description

I converted Public from the team label to the workspace label in linear, then the sync service started not working on newly added issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. setup sync service between linear team A and GitHub repository B
2. create a label named Public in team settings
3. convert Public to workspace label
4. label an issue in A with Public
5. the issue will not sync to B

Thanks @HenryC-3. While we think of a fix (labels are fetched here), would you be open to keeping per-team Public labels? Curious, how many Linear teams are in your workspace?

Yes, I will. for the second question, I created 4 teams, and 2 of them are using the synclinear to sync github issues.

Hi @tedspare

After deleting the workspace Public label, I tried to use per-team Public labels, but the sync still broke. Maybe creating a sync from the scratch would be a better option.

Could you please reset the following repo's records in the DB for a fresh sync? (#32)

Hey @HenryC-3, I've wiped these two repos and their corresponding Linear teams from the DB - please let me know if there's any trouble re-syncing!
