Undeclared dependency on a markdown template handler

Hello, thanks for your work on this! I love the idea.

Just wanted to let you know about a stumbling block I ran into while setting this up in my project. I am guessing you might have markdown-rails installed in the projects where you've used this, which registers an ActionView template handler for .md files. I didn't have that, so I got a missing template handler error until I figured out what the problem was.

Also, less of a big deal, but I noticed the class names in the readme for the base controller and page class don't use the current module name Frontmatter, but something else, maybe a previous iteration of the project name (ActionPost)?
