Tooltip displays in the wrong place when first viewed

If you scroll over some of the dots and featured items on this page, some of the tool tips display a little lower then they are suppose to. Usually 200px too many. This usually only happens when you first open the tooltip but when you open the same tooltip again it displays in the correct position. IS there a way to fix this?
