I think there are quotation marks because there are present in header of original message.
Could you check if the quotation marks are present in source of the message ?
You can view source of a message by clicking More button on an opened message and choose View Source in the list.
You can search "From:" in the source, I have observed that in the source of emails, I have often: From: "example" <example@example.com>
and sometimes I have From: "example" <example@example.com>
Would it be possible to have an enhancement to suppress these quotation marks around a name if they exist so that they are not included in the quote header?
Seems like the
%%6
sequence in custom header automatically wraps the header in quotation marks, for examplebecomes
Any way to make that not happen?
