Reason for Posting

@bill-baumgartner see output below (created by the ensmallen graph library, which PheKnowLator is a part of) processed by @LucaCappelletti94. We will need to make sure that we include this level of detailed overview of the KGs for the analysis. I am going to try and meet with Luca this week or next week to get the ensmallen_graph library properly installed on my machine so we can efficiently create these reports. Once the builds are more stable, I'd also like to consider including ensmallen_graph into the pkt monthly builds.

TODOs

  • Run ensmallen reports for final analysis and pay attention to things it points out like the fact that we have some singleton edge types that will have an impact on the performance of the resulting embeddings
  • Incorporate ensmallen reporting into the current monthly build pipeline
