Document individual components theming keys

Problem description

Docs indicate how to declare muiTheme, and that "There is also one key for each component so you can use to customize them individually", but I just couldn't find where the individual components keys are listed. So either some documentation is missing, or there should be a way to get to it from the Customization/Themes docs page. Or maybe at the end of each component's.

Steps to reproduce

For instance, it is hard to guess that selectionColor is the key for "the fill of the segment to the left of the handle and the handle when the slider is greater than 0."
